Mr. Ivan R. Wright. Broker / Manager.

Mr. Wright has been involved in Real Estate or related businesses for more than 30 years. He was born and lived for his first 16 years in New Zealand where after leaving school he attended the Christchurch Technical Institute taking a course in Commercial Practice ( book keeping ). Mr. Wright spent the first few years of his working life in the offices of local engineering companies as a costing clerk and later in the position of Assistant accountant. He later worked in Australia in the building industry where he learnt building design. On moving to North America he took employment in the building design business being responsible for the design of numerous commercial and residential buildings, including U-Haul buildings, in North America and Vancouver B.C.. Mr. Wright worked for structural engineering companies on immigrating to Canada and also formed his own design company. Mr. Wright also formed and operated his own construction company working in both the commercial and residential building trade. On moving to New Brunswick in 2000 he took the Real Estate Brokers licensing course drawing on his experience in related industries. After working with another leading Real Estate brokerage for a year he felt, that as an independent, he could offer a more superior, professional, expert and personalized service to the public - would you buy a used car from some one with no knowledge of the mechanics of vehicles ? for this reason he formed The Wright Realtors.

Other Qualification : Private pilot ( Licensed in four countries) , Canadian Coast Guard Pleasure Craft licensed operator, licensed race car driver and held a mortgage brokers license in Sydney, Australia.
